 uh which pikkon? Cause ssj2 vegeta is barely even with Super perfect cell.

It's in the Japanese version that Goku got stronger in Otherworld while Vegeta remained the same because he didn't have a body. What I don't get is why Vegeta wasn't given a body, but obviously every other villain got one. Maybe it was still in the body factory? Meh.

Anyway, Vegeta stomps a mudhole in Pikkon's candy *****.
Maybe you have to be pure good or pure evil? The pure evil ones deserve to get tortured for eternity after all :p Although hell in DBZ doesn't look too bad. It even has go karts.
